Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Set up an Airtable

The first step is to set up an Airtable with all the information you want to capture.

‍

Bardeen will get information like author, tweet, translated tweet, tweet link, link shared in tweet and date posted, whenever the specified user tweets. It will then save all the information to your Airtable, once the setup is complete.

Step 2: Integrate Airtable and Twitter data scraper

Click the “Try it” button at the top of this page to get this Autobook saved. If it’s your first time using Bardeen, you will be redirected to install the extension.

If you haven't previously integrated Twitter and Airtable, you will need to do so.

‍

Bardeen will ask for the Twitter user, your target language and the Airtable to save the information.

‍

After you choose the profile, language and database, you will get a prompt to map the information to the fields in Airtable.

‍

The left side consists of all the fields Bardeen will scrape for you. On the right side, specify the fields in Airtable that you want to associate with the information on the left. If you don’t want a piece of information, leave that field empty, and it will be skipped. That’s it!

Step 3: Copy a tweet to Airtable and translate it with DeepL

Make sure the automation is activated (toggled on).
